Business support role

We are looking for a confident, motivated and sparky individual to join our team starting in October. We are a small, fast growing and award winning product design and manufacturing company that launched our first product to sell out success in March 2013 and has since sold over 50,000 products. You will be an integral member of the team reporting directly to the co-founders, Roland and Simon. This will be a great opportunity to get experience working within an innovative, dynamic and fast growing company where your input will make a noticeable impact.

 The role briefly comprises

  1. Issuing invoices and handling purchase orders from our business customers
  2. Using our cloud based accountancy software, Xero
  3. Dealing with inbound requests from customers and handling returns
  4. Interacting with our customers on social media
  5. Handling the daily dispatch of orders to our website customers
  6. Contacting customers to request reviews

This role will put you in the middle of a fast paced product based business and give you a great deal of experience in running a businesses day to day tasks very quickly. As a new graduate looking to move up in the business world this role provides an excellent foundation with room to grow as we expand.

As you prove yourself in the role and the business grows you will form the foundation of the mid level management for the business from HR through to logistics. As the company grows your role will be to take over the operational complexities to allow the founders to focus on the outward facing elements of Radfan.

Hours and pay

The role is for full-time hours (9-5pm, Monday – Thursday, 9-3 on Friday) from October 2018. Salary of £18,000 pa. There will be the opportunity to earn extra hours working from home replying to social media posts.
