Refunds, Returns and Cancellations

Warmer Home Guarantee refund/returns

For customers who purchase their Radfans through www.radfan.com we offer a 30 day Warmer Home Guarantee. If for any reason decide you would like to return your Radfan that is absolutely fine. Just contact us within 30 days of receiving your Radfan and we will send you a pre-filled in returns form. Once you send the Radfan back with that form enclosed, we will issue you a full refund of your initial purchase. Sadly we can't cover your return postage costs however, we will refund any postage you paid to receive the Radfan.

In the unlikely event you would like to use your Warmer Home Guarantee please make sure you contact us within 30 days of receiving your Radfan by email, telephone or post.

We will need some way of establishing that you purchased the Radfan from us, so let us know your name, postcode, purchasing email address or order number when you get in touch so we can find all the relevant details.

Sadly we can't offer refunds once 30 days have passed. We are unable to cover the postage cost of international warranties.

Warranty

All Radfans come with an 18 month warranty. We are unable to cover the postage cost of international warranties.

Refunds

Once your Radfan arrives back with us we will give it a quick once over just to make sure everything is there and then process your refund. You will receive an email when the refund is processed, the money should be back in your account immediately but it can take up to 7 days. If the money hasn't come back within a week of the refund being processed please get in touch on simon@radfan.com and we will investigate.

Exchanges

We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged within 18 months of purchase. If you need to return your Radfan for a replacement please contact simon@radfan.com and you will be sent a pre-filled in returns form to return along with your Radfan. Once the unit is back with us we will double check everything is there and then send you out a replacement. We will refund your return postage costs when replacing a unit under warranty.

Sadly, for returns we receive under the Warmer Home Guarantee we won't be able to reimburse your return postage costs. For warranty returns we are able to reimburse your return postage costs.

Postage

We use DPD, Royal Mail and MyHeremes as our primary carriers. We charge £2.99 postage for orders under £50 and free postage for orders above. There is no extra charge for Highlands, Islands or Northern Ireland however all parcels are sent on a 3 - 5 delivery servcie with MyHeremes for these areas.

If you purchase your item before 12:30 pm on a weekday it will be dispatched that afternoon and with you next working day.

We are only a small business and sometimes we have to delay shipment for a couple of days while we work through a backlog, if this happens we will inform you with a revised delivery schedule as soon as possible (usually around Christmas and Black Friday).

Discount Codes

Discount codes are only valid for full priced products, if a promotion is already in place (such as for our Home Packs) then the discount code will not work.
